54% Garnacha blanca - Yangarra Estate Vineyard (Kangarilla, McLaren Vale)

46% Garnacha tinta - Vinya Vella (Vine Vale, Barossa Valley)

Grenache intercourse. The coming together of grenache noir and its mutant white variant to produce a rosado style spring wine.

Harvested on consecutive days in late March. Both parcels were fermented together on skins for 2 weeks. 5% whole bunches were included for a bit of spice and grip. Blood orange, fresh raspberry, Campari & pink peppercorn. It’s super chalky and bone dry.

A delicious experiment gone right.
